1. Returns
- Products marked returnable can be returned within 7 days of delivery (the product page shows the exact window).
- Items must be unused, with tags and original packing. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (innerwear, cosmetics once opened, perishables, customised items) — this is shown on the product page before you buy.
- Near you, a Valenti Mart — Online Shopping for Fashion, Electronics & More partner collects the return. If you changed your mind, a pickup fee of ₹39 may be kept; if the item was wrong, damaged or defective there is no fee.
2. Refunds
The refund is made as soon as the returned item reaches the seller and matches what was sent. Wallet refunds are instant; refunds to cards, UPI or bank go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to your wallet or bank account.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge until the order is packed or picked up.
- We do not charge you a cancellation fee unless we would bear a similar charge if we cancelled — as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- If the seller cancels, you get a full refund.
4. Warranty
Warranties are given by the brand or seller as stated on the product page; we help you reach them.
