1. One price, all charges included
Most products on Valenti Mart — Online Shopping for Fashion, Electronics & More are priced with delivery included anywhere in India. For these you pay no separate delivery charge. Where a product is not delivery-included, its delivery charge is shown on the product page for your PIN code and again, item by item, at checkout before you pay. No charge is ever added after you pay.
2. How your order travels
- Same city: a Valenti Mart — Online Shopping for Fashion, Electronics & More delivery partner picks it up from the seller and brings it to you, often the same day.
- Nearby towns: it may be passed between two or more Valenti Mart — Online Shopping for Fashion, Electronics & More partners; every hand-over is confirmed with a one-time code and a parcel photo.
- Rest of India: a courier partner delivers it; you get a tracking link on your order page and by email.
- Large or heavy items may come by 3-wheeler, mini truck or truck.
3. Delivery time
Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for your PIN code before you buy. Rain, floods, strikes or road closures can cause delays; we tell you as soon as we know.
4. At your door
- Share the delivery OTP only when you have the parcel in hand.
- If no one is available, we try again (re-delivery). After repeated failed attempts the parcel goes back to the seller; prepaid orders are refunded in full when the failure was not yours.
- If the parcel looks tampered with, refuse it or note it in the app with a photo.
5. Damaged or missing items
Report within 48 hours with photos or the unboxing video. We check the pickup and hand-over photos to find out what happened, and you get a replacement or refund when the problem was not yours.
