রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি

1. সাধারণ রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

Unless a product page says otherwise, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for reasons including: damaged item, wrong product received, missing item, quality issue, size issue, or item not as described. Go to আমার অর্ডার নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডারটি রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করুন।

2. যে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যায় না

Certain categories (e.g. innerwear, perishables, made-to-order items, or anything the seller marks as final sale) are not eligible for return. This is always disclosed on the product page under "Delivery & Returns" before you complete your purchase — never hidden after the fact.

4. বিরোধ হলে আমরা কীভাবে তদন্ত করি

Products with a manufacturer warranty (shown on the product page) are covered for defects arising within the stated warranty period, separate from our 7-day return window.
