  2. 2OTP is a secret. ValentiMart, banks and couriers never ask for your OTP, PIN, CVV or password on call, WhatsApp or SMS.   3. 3Pay only inside the site. Never pay to a personal UPI / bank number a “seller” sends you in chat. Why can’t I choose Cash on Delivery?ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি কেন বাছতে পারছি না?

COD isn’t available for some PIN codes, very large orders, custom-printed items and items shipped by partner warehouses that accept online payment only.কিছু PIN কোডে, খুব বড় অর্ডারে, কাস্টম প্রিন্ট করা জিনিসে আর যেসব জিনিস শুধু অনলাইন পেমেন্ট নেওয়া পার্টনার ওয়্যারহাউস থেকে আসে, সেখানে COD থাকে না।

When will I get my refund?রিফান্ড কবে পাব?

Wallet refunds are instant after the returned item is checked. Bank refunds take 5–7 working days.ফেরত আসা জিনিস যাচাইয়ের পরে ওয়ালেটে রিফান্ড সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আসে। ব্যাংকে আসতে ৫–৭ কাজের দিন লাগে।
