Simple habits that protect your money, your account and your family.

  1. 1Strong, unique password. At least 8 characters with letters and numbers. Never reuse your e-mail or bank password.

  3. 3Pay only inside the site. Never pay to a personal UPI / bank number a “seller” sends you in chat. Always check the page address says valentimart.com and shows the lock.
  4. 4Fake offers & links. “You won a prize”, “pay ₹1 to claim”, “KYC will expire” — all scams. Ignore links from unknown senders; open the site or app yourself.

  6. 6Meeting the delivery partner. Share your exact location with the rider only through the app. Wait at a well-lit spot; children and elderly should not receive parcels alone at night.
  7. 7Public Wi-Fi & shared phones. Avoid paying on public Wi-Fi. Always log out on a shared device. Remove saved cards you no longer use.

💡If a deal looks too good to be true, check the seller’s rating and reviews first.
⚠️ValentiMart will never ask you to install a remote-access app (AnyDesk, TeamViewer…) or to “verify” by sending money.
